HERRERA TO FRONT NEW TECHNOLOGY INITIATIVE FOR CSI

Rafael Herrera has joined CSI Consulting, Inc. of Fort Lauderdale as Director of Field Operations. Herrera has been with Charter Communications as its Construction Manager since 1998. Ralph's duties at CSI will include design review, and quality control for all CSI projects. Ralph has extensive experience and knowledge with the low voltage requirements within High-Rise and Single Family Home Communities as it relates to the delivery of Voice, Video, Data and Security.

Director of Field Operations is a new position created as part of an initiative to expand CSI's services and create added value for CSI's Clients. CSI Consulting has focused on and developed a reputation for being able to obtain the best possible service provider agreements for Developers, Condominium Associations and Homeowner Associations. Quality competitors have emerged offering to deliver multiple services, including Telephone, Cable TV, Security, Smart Building Software and Internet Access via wire and wireless platforms. Additionally, the general acceptance of Digital Video Recorders (DVRs), the introduction of VoIP and a real interest in Fiber to the Home (FTTH) has created additional pressures on CSI's clients to deliver up to date and future proof infrastructures for their buildings and within their residential units.

Systems are rapidly changing; CSI has added Herrera as its Director of Field Operations to directly respond to current technical market trends. CSI's portfolio Clients like Terra the developers of 900 Biscayne Bay and Swerdlow Boca, Developers of Biscayne Landing have expressed a need for some additional technical support from CSI due to the diversity and quantity of their various projects. CSI's goal is to have Ralph support its clients in determining the correct infrastructure or design fit for the specific market being targeted by each project. The addition of Herrera is necessary as CSI's client base and presence in the market continues to grow. There is a trend by developers to utilize the expertise of consultants in all areas.
