CSI maintains a list of qualified service providers who we have
worked with, know and trust to provide necessary services to our
Clients. Franchise operators such as Time
Warner, Bright House,
Adelphia, Comcast,
Cox Communications, Charter
Communications and incumbent local exchange carriers like BellSouth,
Verizon, SBC
& Qwest will automatically receive
an RFP if the project falls within their service area. In addition
CSI Consulting maintains a list of Private Cable, Telephony, VoIP
and Home Security Providers that are included in the RFP process
based upon their past performance and current ability to serve the
various projects we represent.
If your company has never received an RFP from CSI Associates please
contact us so that we may include you on our provider list. Simply
Click
Here to send an email to us requesting a Service Provider Profile
Form. Simply send the email and we will respond with the Service
Provider Profile Form. Simply complete the form and submit it to
us. CSI maintains the right to decide who will receive the RFP for
each project, however, if you request by e-mail to be included in
the bidding process at any particular project you will not be denied
the opportunity to provide a bid.
Once we receive all the bids for a particular project we present
them to our clients in a matrix so that comparisons can easily be
made. The final decision at each property is made by the property
owner or board of directors. From time to time CSI is asked to provide
an opinion as to the viability of a particular provider or the merits
of a particular offer. Ultimately, the decisions are made by our
clients.
Depending on the size and scope of a particular project, CSI may
request that a representative of your company make themselves available
for a formal presentation to our Client(s). All questions regarding
any projects represented by CSI must be directed to our Project
Manager, Tricia Cole.
We request that you not contact any of our clients directly with
questions regarding the various projects or the status of your proposal.
